1 Summer I Classes Begin 12:00 am - 11:59 pm Supervisor Academy - Custom Pak 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Location & Classroom:听 Fire Training Center, Walnut Ridge Both new and seasoned supervisors need more and better development in basic leadership skills, particularly people management skills.听 Assessment of their leadership strengths, areas of growth, along with the opportunity to pursue training that is tailored to their individual needs.听 Along with the inclusion of formal classroom training and other types of learning activities, the development of knowledge and skills is accomplished through education, experiences, feedback, and relationship building.听听 This is a closed class. Designed for the private sector, this training bridges the gap between corporate safety protocols and the federal standards established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
